There is a plethora of personality types which means one size does not fit all when it comes to motivators. Financial incentives alone cease to have an impact in many circumstances and many employers lack the time and tools to foster personalized motivators for individuals or teams.
My task was to develop the UX for the competition creation flow. Competitions had the potential of being highly complex, depending on number of metrics, rewards and participants. We made many different iterations, providing for specific use cases as well as large teams with a broad dataset.
After mocking up and prototyping a web app, I developed the brand identity and design system to encourage consistency and efficiency.
