Problem
Insurance compensation plans are nuanced and the complexity leads to cumbersome and time-consuming creation and maintenance.
In day-to-day activities, insurance agencies have a mass of information they want to manage. It is a very time-consuming to sift through all the agent data. Leadership needed a way to reduce the repetitiveness of many of their tasks.
Solution
Present performance in a real-time web application, so that agents can find key information right away. Simplify the compensation plan creation process with human-centered design that provides clarity while avoiding oversaturation of datapoints.
My task was to design data visualization dashboards to break down complex insights into simple and digestible UIs. Being entirely responsible for the front-end of the app, I worked to gather feedback every step of the way.
