I worked on new features like web messaging, call blocking, video calls, video conferencing, and call options; all features to enhance the utility and flexibility of the product. Competitive analysis and customer interviews helped us arrive at solutions that enhanced the user experience, expanded communication options, reduced spam calls, and improved customer satisfaction.
For an earlier iteration of the site, we went with a minimalistic approach. After gathering feedback, we discovered it was lacking important elements that could drive more users to signing up for the service. Potential customers found it difficult to understand and didn't immediately see the business value.
Clarity was improved by simplifying the navigation and adding use cases and callouts applicable to our customer base. We added depth and interest to the site with color and human elements, encouraging customers to connect more with the product and see the potential for their business.
